Bailout Question? Who is going to pay it back?

Now that Congress has ped the $700 billion dollar bailout, who is going to pay it back? It is not my fault, so why should I have too contribute...I personally think it should be the Board of Directors of these large coorporations that pay hugh salaries to CEO's and ex CEO's..
