The form of sonnet 116?

I was just wanting to get some opnions on the form of sonnet 116. Does anyone know. I have been having trouble picking it out for sure. I am second guessing myself. I down this while trying to figure out the figures of speech too. I can figure that out just the form I am unsure of. I knwo it's a sonnet, anything else that can be added.
