MENOPAUSE after ovary removal????

got menopause at the age of 33. had ovaries removed at age 44 from cyst growth{BOTH}. Never heat up until I'm with my sweetheart. I burn up then it goes away only to come back when I am next to him in bed. I feel like I'm heating up so fast and he tells me I feel like an oven. Why is this happening. Do you still have hormones after ovaries have been removed??? will be 46 in march..this has been going on for some time..... A serious question. thanks
